2. Price of the works
Prices on this site are quoted in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes (taxes apply according to the recipient’s address). Shipping costs are extra but available on the order form, for more information, please contact: [email protected]
The works ordered are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the registration of the order. For international orders: shipping, brokerage and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These rights and costs are not under the control of Mélanie Poirier. They will be at your expense and are your responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and competent bodies in your country.
3. The order and the validation of the transaction

5. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the destination address. In Canada, delivery varies between 7 and 14 days (an email will be sent to this effect). Reservation upon receipt of the works. It is your responsibility in case of shortage or damage, to issue precise and detailed reserves to the carrier, by indicating “under reserve/subject to verification/damaged” on the delivery slip, in order to benefit from the insurance contracted. It is necessary to transmit by e-mail the list of the damage to Melanie Poirier at the latest in the 72 hours after the delivery

The artist remains the owner of the copyright. The rights of representation and reproduction of the works present on the site www.poiriermelanie.com belong to their authors and to Mélanie Poirier. It is necessary to have their joint authorization for any exploitation of these rights.
